Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within about 3 business days (stock depending). Please allow for more time for for those that are either back-ordered or that need to be pre-ordered. Dates should be noted on the individual product page so please keep track of that.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is at your expense. We do have a 15% restocking fee on any open items that are being returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
We do not refund for services already preformed for any reason.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, our system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. After you have placed your order, you should receive an email order confirmation, and then another email confirmation with the shipment details, including the tracking number for your package(s). If you have any questions or concerns after your package has left our facility, please feel free to contact the designated carrier directly. Please have your tracking number available.
Please note the shipping rates for many items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location to receive your package after it has shipped. This time accounts for location and any delays that might occur. In most cases, this wait time is drastically decreased.
